During the redesign process, there were a few key points we focused on:
• Differentiate from other companies through revamped color pallet
• Take focus away from individual brokers, shift to North Rim
• Capitalize on halo effect of separate development and leasing companies by focusing on "North Rim" as overarching brand
• Simplify message, drive to website for further info
Business interactions vary a great deal within the real estate industry. This is due to several factors: the social nature of the industry, the wide age gap of professionals leading to different technology preferences, and the fact that timing is such a large factor in doing business.
This leads to a need for a variety of materials for various interactions. The example above is a simple two-sheet, highlighting several past development projects, generally used in an initial sit-down with a property owner to give them an introduction into North Rim's capabilities and preferences. The hope is to gradually shift toward using digital executions of these materials, but for the time being it remains important to cater to our audience.
